SHELBY gathers cloudy vintage African recycled-glass beads in chalky white, coral and persimmon, their softened surfaces and irregular markings giving the strand a worn-in, collected feel. Between them, elongated ivory beads carry graphic black flower-like motifs with tiny rings of yellow and red—a crisp little rhythm against the hazier glass.
At the centre sits a hand-blown lampwork pendant bead in electric turquoise, painted with curling green vines, smoky branches and small lilac, violet and burgundy blossoms. Gold diamond-accent square spacers flash at either side, bringing polished glamour to the earthy texture of the recycled glass.
Finished with mixed gold and silver-toned spacers and a gold-toned clasp, it sits as a substantial single strand with the turquoise bead front and centre. Wear it alone and let the odd colour collision do the work.
