Calm is an intricate study in colour, repetition and movement. Hundreds of tiny glass beads are hand-strung into fluid, interlocking loops, creating a necklace that feels almost textile-like in its construction—soft in movement, sculptural in form.
Powder blue and saturated cobalt mingle with deep plum and antique-gold tones, punctuated by translucent amethyst-coloured glass drops that catch the light as the necklace moves. Rather than following a rigid pattern, the loops overlap and intertwine organically, giving Calm its wonderfully imperfect rhythm.
Despite its elaborate appearance, there is something soothing about the repetition of the beadwork—the quiet process of assembling one tiny bead after another. Hence the name.
Finished with a decorative gold-tone toggle closure, Calm is designed to sit closer to the neckline, creating an expressive collar of colour and texture.
